If I send a page to print, the printer two or three times to raise his paper. Forms of solenoid caused by adhesions can not return to its original state. To resolve this problem, we open the printer cover, then solenoid reach, then clean with alcohol solenoid to effect adhesion wiped out.
I reassembled the printer and paper jams problem has resolved. The printer is ready to use.
