To fix the printer separates the right and left frame and then remove the cartridge, and the upper frame is square. Now open the three screws and disconnecting cables from formatter, can fuser isolated. As we see in a movie the fuser separate access to fuser film, and we replaced it and the printer will be assembled and used. In similar cases in laser printers, tearing or scratching on fuser film causes the paper jam or printing is dirty.
