Computer turns on but no image. In this case, the probability of failure is VGA IC or a few bumps Capacitors. The motherboard three capacitors raised there. Capacitance of capacitors is 1800uF 6.3V. I've switched circuits capacity 2200uF 6.3V. Motherboard is ready.
