All computer and monitor power supply before it the override, sometimes they work and sometimes they do not work. And users assume that the power switch is faulty. But, in fact, there is no longer a load capacitor voltage is not excessive. Should it be changed quickly and it is better to switch to a higher voltage capacity? In this case, I was replaced 1000uF 10V capacitor with a capacitance of 1000uF 25V.
