When the Power LED is blue, and the image found, the screen don't have light.  If you look closely on the screen, we can see the message no signal the machine.

We open frame monitors and power board removed from the chassis. 

+12 Volt circuit with two capacitors switched capacitor 1000uF 25V. Monitor re-assembled and ready..
